Our events aim to bring joy, learning, and deep connection to all who attend while simultaneously raising money and awareness for organizations with limited access to funding.

This event was created to support Students of Color, Newcomers, and First-Generation College applicants, currently in Grades 11-12.
The event offered students an interactive, thought provoking, and encouraging experience as they explored options for life after high school. Students had access to available employment/internship opportunities, educational institutions, resources, and networking opportunities. The over 500 students in attendance were able to:
Meet face-to-face with 50+ exhibitor booths offering career, internship, and educational opportunities, including: Fortune 500 companies, trade schools, local municipalities, postsecondary institutions, & entrepreneurs.
Attend breakout workshops offering inspiration & tools for success.
Receive motivational guidance from a keynote panel speaker session.
Be The Change MN
This VIP event at Mall of America Nickelodeon Universe took place on Sunday, December 3rd from 8am - 12pm.
This magical day was filled with wonderment & joy to all PreK- 5th Grade Students & Families from 3 North Minneapolis Schools: Bethune Arts Elementary, Nellie Stone Johnson Community School and Hall STEM Academy. Students, Families, Teachers & School Administrators from these selected schools enjoyed a truly unforgettable event experience that included exclusive use of Nickelodeon Universe + all park amenities + full-day unlimited ride wristband PLUS these awesome experiences from Be The Change MN and its Partners: DJs, Music & Dancing, Complimentary Be The Change MN Gift Experience, Food from Renowned Local Chefs, Face Painting, Caricature Artists, & Games

Be The Change MN Golf Tournament & BBQ 2023
Be The Change MN Golf Tournament is an event created to promote meaningful change in our community through connection. In a fun and relaxing atmosphere, participants are given the opportunity to network, find common ground, and form lasting relationships rooted in a mutual commitment to building a more just society.
Not only will these newly formed relationships influence change, the money raised will positively impact local organizations with limited access to funding, who are working to help the underserved in our community.
Follow Your Dreams Career & College Fair 2023
This initiative aims to create an engaging, one-stop-shop for underserved students & first generation college students in grades 10, 11, and 12 at Minneapolis Public High Schools.
