Be The Change MN raises funds to be awarded to individuals and organizations demonstrating significant impact for our underserved schools and communities. Grants range from $5,000 – $10,000.

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the year around the following criteria:

• Individual or organization with operating budget of less than $500k

• The initiative or program does not receive significant funding from corporate entities or foundations

• The initiative or program serves a demonstrated need in our Twin Cities Communities

• The initiative or program has potential for strengthening communities across multiple dimensions of diversity (race, ethnicity, generations, socio-economic status)
